Down in the valley of the Lenne is Nachrodt, one of the eponymous districts of today's community Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde in the area of Altenaer saddle. The banks of the river Lenne descend steeply on both sides, which squeezes in tight loops between the mountains. Dominant are mainly the slopes of Elle (366m) east of the Lenne. They demand a lot from the hiker who wants to conquer this part of the Lennetal
