I find the photos and descriptions here rather inappropriate. If I am not completely mistaken, the path that is meant here is paved at the beginning. After that it is narrower with a few steps - but you certainly don't need a full-suspension MTB here. No stones, no roots, everything is very clear. There are better places for descents in the area.

You should have a good suspension bike for this descent. In addition, you should have good driving skills to master this descent with the necessary speed.

The Falkenstein run leads through a small wooded area; it is best to start at the top (40 meters) from the pig pond. Here a fairly flowing trail leads downhill along the slope. There are several branches to choose from. On the way there are always small steps built in, which are very easy to take with you and thus the descent is even more fun.
However, one should watch out for oncoming strollers here, they like to let the dogs run off the leash.
