In the middle of the island in the village of Nebel lies the old church of St. Clement near the Watt. The church is open daily from 09.00-17.00. It is surrounded by a cemetery that has been buried for 800 years. Here are also the historic tombstones, which have been kept for hundreds of years and tell life stories.

Classic, simple church typical of the region without much decoration. A crucifix with a late Gothic body from 1480 hangs on the south wall. The cross dates from the 20th century. The free-standing sacrament cabinet from the 15th century has two doors. The inside of the upper door bears the painting of a seated man of pain in the late Gothic style.
