The old gothic-style town hall was destroyed in 1944 during World War II. Since 1956, the current town hall stands on the market square. The tower is 60 meters high and houses 30 freely hanging bells on which several times daily Swabian folk songs are played. In the town hall there are publicly accessible paternoster lifts that never stop and have no doors. costs a bit of overcoming at the beginning 🙂
