    I was particularly impressed by the mighty shield wall, as well as the fish farming tanks. Also for this castle ruin's one of the funny videos of Norbert Heugel.

    Nearby is the Orensberg with a rock as a viewing platform. Just continue up the path at the Pfälzerwald hut. On the way a great view of the castle Trifels and more. Those who wander through the fog in winter will experience a great natural spectacle. Incidentally, do letterboxing. The altar and the abandoned house are very interesting.
