    It's not a lake, it's the east end of the Te Ara Ōtākaro Avon River Trail, so you can ride along the Ōtākaro Avon River through the red zone all the way into the CBD. Best combined with a cold one at Pomroys at the western end of the trail, after crossing Fitzgerald Ave.
