If you sit down on one of the many park benches along the way, you can really feel the earth shaking on weekdays, that's heavy industry! At the same time one looks out over the Rhine and sometimes even hears the announcements in the plant such as "All employees please come to the canteen immediately!". So here you really get into industrial contact.

Nice view. The path is gravelly bogged down, isolated potholes. Connection to the continuation via Rheindeich Beckerwerth, to the cycle paths along the Ruhr or the Rhein-Herne-Kanal along only possible via road.
