Warning, the map and the real route are not congruent. My bike computer kept complaining that I wasn't riding on the trail.
The paths are narrow and confusing. Better drive along there when nothing is going on.

The Este
The Este rises in the area Ehrhorn / Wintermoor in the area of the city Schneverdingen. Constantly water leads them but only from Cordshagen. It flows on a length of about 61 km in a south-north direction through the North Heath and the Old Country to the Elbe. It crosses the communities of Welle, Tostedt, Kakenstorf, Hollenstedt, Nindorf, Moisburg, Buxtehude, Estebrugge
