Half-timbered mill that was built in the early 17th century. It is the oldest surviving “industrial building” in Stormarn. Most recently, it was used for paper production until it was listed in 1972.

Yürüyüş

is considered to be the oldest industrial building in Stormarn. A Hamburg merchant family (Amsinck) had the mill built for the production of copper plates. Most recently it was used for paper production until it was listed as a monument in 1972.
Today the mill is privately owned and with the adjacent lake can only be guessed at from a reasonable distance.
