The Fuchsbuck is located below the Eichelspitze and offers beautiful views towards Freiburg and Kandel. The ascent from the Brambachtal in Bötzingen is very steep, but coming from the Vogelsangpass or the Haselschacher Buck it is very comfortable. The hut offers a nice resting place for tours.

You can linger and rest at the Fuchsbuckhütte. Either you then go into the forest in the direction of the Eichelspitzturm or Schelinger Matte or in the direction of Bötzingen to the train station. You can also easily get to the Totenkopf. The signage is very good there.
