LIMES - MUSEUM GROSSKROTZENBURG - Regional Limes Information Center Main-Kinzig-Kreis
In 2005, the Upper German-Raetian Limes, the largest monument in Germany, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Of great importance for the community Großkrotzenburg, the home and history club Großkrotzenburg eV, as well as for the region Main-Kinzig-Kreis is the fact that the "Großkrotzenburger Museum" by the Hessian State Archeology as Limes information center for the entire Main-Kinzig Circle was selected.
