Since 2009, the Fuchs family has been producing wines under the Castel Annenberg label at Annenberg Castle, which has dominated Latsch in the Vinschgau Valley since the 13th century. Despite the children's initial skepticism about viticulture, they are now fully involved.
The winery focuses on tried-and-tested grape varieties such as Kerner, Zweigelt, and Pinot Noir, but also successfully experiments with Solaris and Scheurebe in the white wine sector. Precision, craftsmanship, and strict quality controls are central to producing wines of elegance and finesse that do justice to the historic ambience of the castle.
