Lunch: fake fillet of Irish pasture-raised beef, masterfully trimmed, then broiled in the oven for 75 minutes at 135°. Really tender in a fantastically delicious sauce. Thuringian dumplings and apple red cabbage with bacon were served with it. 🥰



After the tour there was a delicious smoothie for dinner. 😋

I made good use of the nice weather again and did a nice round. Bad Staffelstein's most famous personality didn't get in front of the lens - who do you think it was, now you have to start calculating 🧐.
