A highlight of the year 2022 in terms of taste: 🤩



Tortiglioni with a sauce of onions, garlic, nutmeg, spinach and sour cream con la mollica. In addition, delicious eggplant baked in olive oil on arugula dressed with wild herbs, salt and Ligurian olive oil. 🥰
