From Nusse we went to the canal, which is one of the highlights of the region with its well-traveled sand path, interesting bridges and locks. Then it went on small and poorly asphalted roads to Boizenburg (the main road is being redone there, the motorists make way for the bike path!)The view over the Elbe and the distant hills is just beautiful. At Vier there is an exhibition about the flood of the Elbe (be sure to visit! Open all day, newly made and a lookout tower-what more could you ask for)From there it went the Elba long to Lauenburg. Unfortunately, I could not look at the city (we eat on time). From previous visits, I can only recommend Lauenburg-the old town is just great. For a walk! For wheels without damping Lauenburg's old town is a torment, only cobblestone.

In search of asphalt first drove in a one-way street and did not notice until the friend and helper came and explained it to me.Since I had to abbreviate (actually I wanted a little longer on the Elbe) I had to drive the federal highway 209. Not recommendable! No bike path, narrow and much Ferkehr.

On the whole, I would classify the tour as nice;)

Nice tour, except for the B209. An alternative would be the route from Lauenburg via Juliusburg to Gülzow, west of Gut Gülzow past the straight and fortified route (highlight pheasant house) through the forest to Schwarzenbek.

    Thanks for tip
Let's see when I'm back in Lauenburg, then I drive the track times.

Say, Hudo, which frame bag do you have on your bike? How large? What goes in. Consider a larger bag for my next alpine tour
