Today I started with mixed feelings, because I do not really like driving north. That's why I've left Komoot completely the whole tour planning. Only Scherneck Castle and the Lechauwald I have specified as an intermediate goal.
I was particularly curious about the segment between Todtenweis and the nature reserve, it is still quite a while on flat land. But I was astonished, the path led through corn fields, the corn was man-high and protected from the wind. Almost a feeling arose, similar to the rides through the South Tyrolean apple orchards last year on the Via Claudia Augusta. Of course it smelled different and the road condition ... well ... soso lala.
Altogether a nice tour with 250 hm (according to Garmin 200 hm), almost 3 km singletrack and 37 km gravel path (that was this loose gravel in all possible sizes, over which you can really only "drübereiern")

With the north I am like you, even if I forced him more often (time - accessibility). You can take the flat land but good for the gla. Small tip on the edge, if not known: parallel to photo 15 leads win netter way in the Auwald along the water. Very nice there, spares the monotonous kiesgeeiere

Picture 15 is with me the nice way, had missed only the right exit (shortly after the steep bank descent right in my direction would have been correct). And one more thing missed, at the end of the riverside path, I'm back left on the highway, instead of straight. Did I seem to grow over, did you drive that already?

    gla ??? Did you mean
Gamma-linolenic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid or
    Gesamtverband der Landwirtschaftliche Alterskassen or
    Mercedes-Benz GLA, a motor vehicle?

@ peggatsch: Very nice, the tour to Komoot from Kö I already have in my plans, but if this year's kniebedingt is still possible is in the stars! But I can virtually ride with you via Komoot! 🚴🏽♀️👍

@ Jens: What you would also be fun, is the trail on the rise towards Scherneck Castle (Figure 4 and 5). I had to make him uphill, but downhill is he a stunner. The access from the top is a bit hidden, so I made the picture 4.

I know Den am Lech. I'll ride this at the castle 😎. Gla = basic endurance. High frequency, low pulse and speed. Extremely effective and easy to implement at the level
