Today we took bus no. 40 to Rhodes town (40 minutes travel time from Faliraki for €2.50 per person). The bus station is located directly at the Mandraki port, "the" starting point for exploring the city.

Great photos and a great description! The old town of Rhodes Town is really fascinating. These many small streets, houses and pretty squares.... And of course not to forget the grandiose fortress - just great. So you were "lucky" to be able to walk through the city with so many kids and crusaders

@Joachim @Sandra 🥾🥾🎒 Thank you very much for your nice comments and wishes. The old town is really great. Kids were only in the fortress, Crusaders mostly in the city. Neither of them bothered us because they were well distributed in the many alleys. LG from us 👍🤗

Great tour and photos! 👌 We actually wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary there 2 years ago - unfortunately Corona got in the way! 🤷

@Schrenki thank you. You still have to catch up. Apparently the Rhodes season is quite long for Greece. And the weather is great now. It is even too hot for us for longer and strenuous tours. LG 🤗
