The Hofcafe recently had a new owner, Kriemhild Rohlfs.

We wanted to test how it is there now.



Friendliness, quality and prices are great. Unfortunately, the owner and her employee(s?) are a little overwhelmed. A reservation in advance seems desirable. Around 4 p.m. the cakes were gone.

I've always had half an apple not far from the table for a long time and the wasps feast on it 🐝 instead of coming to the table 👍

With the "cakes fast all" was probably still on newly opened? Will definitely play in 🧁🍰🍮🥧✊🏻😄

First of all, as a side note... no wasps were harmed (unless they overeat). That's what a now (by itself?) deleted commenter asked here.



The apple probably wouldn't have had an effect here, there were too many for that and they didn't even notice the apple pie, jam and blueberries were much more interesting.

Did you get some of the cake 🍰, that's really tough with the wasps

We made a few sacrifices, but most of it was edible, albeit a bit difficult at times.

There seems to be a lot of wasps this year.

Since a 🐝 poked my tongue, I can't watch this invasive goings-on on the cake plate so calmly.
