    Planned a long time ago, and then implemented on what is probably the hottest weekend in June: Our two-day cycle tour from Dresden to Leipzig.

    Since temperatures of up to 35 degrees were announced, we started at 6 a.m. from Dresden Großzschachwitz. The Elbe cycle path through Dresden is fantastic anyway

    Oh dear, that everything in the heat. Respect! But actually a really great idea with the tour to Leipzig! 😃

    Sounds worth imitating, I'm looking forward to your report tomorrow 😊

    @Anja Thank you, but do the tour in spring or fall, the heat was torturous and we fell on the train in Borsdorf on today's second stage. Report from the Höllenfahet then the days 🤣

    Years ago I rode my bike home from Leipzig, including from Lommatsch to Zehren. At the time I thought so, I didn't necessarily want to ride the mountain in the opposite direction.

    You have a nice bike there! Rohloff circuit?

    @Keulenbergfreund No, it's still a Shimano Alfine 8. I'll persuade them to go with Rohloff or Pinion next year :P

    Hello Yvonne, that was not meant to be derogatory. It should only emphasize that you did this great job without electric assistance 💪

    @Siegfried I have a Sachs Pentasport and that's enough, especially since I still have a few spare parts and gears and can repair them myself without any problems. That brought me to Leipzig in one day and back the day after that. It doesn't necessarily have to be the top product. But what a fine thing that is.

    @UweKettritz No, no, I didn't take it that way, more as a compliment 🙃 I've never done things like that before because I just never had a great bike. @Siegfried sold me his, since then I've had fun too 🙃 @Keulenbergfreund I don't understand anything about it 🤣

    @Genussradler Oh, with a non-alcoholic beer every 20-30 km it's (still) ok :D
