What an incredibly beautiful tour! We started in Großzschachwitz, but you can easily start hiking from Niedersedlitz S-Bahn station.

First it goes through Niedersedlitz until you leave the road on the left and take a pretty path at the Lockwitzbach. This leads you to the mausoleum of Freiherr von Kap

that you are in Dresden. The last bit goes through a village and over fields, until you walk back to the station at the substation, where you inevitably have to think of The Walking Dead.

All in all: A highly recommended off-the-beaten-track tour and a fine after-hours tour for locals.

Looks really great and with two hours a manageable distance.

Makes you want to go hiking.

On Men's Day we were up there over Burgstädlerer Linde, your photos are just great and show an easier tour in the evening hours
