This route is named after the Sahara, for good reason – the landscapes here resemble a desert. It’s not surprising that this walk was voted the most beautiful hike in Belgium in 2018.
Fitting for a desert, there is also an experience here which could be described as a mirage here. Perhaps not a real one…
