Turn around quickly at the starting point and catch a glimpse of Düsseldorf, because you won't see this skyline again for 191 kilometers. Past Neuss, the route takes you to the strategic railway embankment, which, depending on the weather, will take you to Rommerskirchen in either a quick or tough 13

    I rode the route today!

Really great scouted. It was really nice and fun. There is one spot that I consider potentially dangerous and maybe you'll add that to the description.

After about 115km there is a very steep climb with golf ball sized rocks as a surface. Poor traction and steep incline make

Did the route today with a MTB. Super scouted!!!! I only found the trail at 130 km a bit dangerous with the very steep ascent and the somewhat later descent. I fell off my bike on the ascent. Otherwise just great.

    Hello 👋🏼

I rode the Orbit with a friend last weekend. All in all a great route, very varied and just fun over long distances! Currently after the storm there are around 15-20 trees on the path that you have to lift your bike over.

As @Thomas already said, there is a stretch near the NL border with a

We rode the route yesterday with gravel bikes. All in all a beautiful route and the first 100km you can roll along relaxed.

BUT: especially between 105 and 125km there are some passages that are not suitable for Gravel, where even pushing is a problem (too steep or rough stones). In addition, the route

Rode it last weekend and the first 70k are pretty boring but after that its a super cool route. Some tricky passages, but all ridable with a gravelbike.

Some passages are very overgrown but that makes the adventure even greater.

Did the tour today. Can only confirm the passages between km 105 and 125 described above.

Meals: My recommendation for weekends or holidays - gas station at km 75, just 300 m next to the track (clearly visible at the mill) and the beer garden / terrace at the border at km 125. Grass is sometimes over

Since the round goes right past my front door, tested and abbreviated today. But what I saw is really great. Great route..

Between KM 105 and 125 the inexperienced driver really has to be careful, some trails are not without and 2 climbs with such coarse gravel were not mobile for me.

Partly overgrown, you have to be prepared for a few scratches and contact with stinging nettles.

In Meerbusch there is a lot of wood lying around

Today I drove the western part of the route (approx. 100 km from/to Rheydt). Super scouted. Many Thanks.
