The Ostseeman Triathlon is getting closer - tours are training sessions.Much beautiful on the side of the road is ignored and the phone (my camera) is only there for security reasons.So there are many miles, but little to show on Komoot.But today there's a long, quiet run where I can make ample use of the camera again. 😎I take you on a two-hour run to my local mountain - the Vogelsang 🐦🏞️ in Meschede. From its summit, it offers a fantastic view over the Sauerland mountains.In the video there are still plenty of pictures and movies with great views and little beauties of the way to see. Have fun.

Well, I'm on the road with relatively little speed and if there are tapped my fat reserves, I dare to doubt. 😆 A great tour to a beautiful vantage point, which I really like! The trick is not to take sugar / carbohydrates (fasting) - then the body only gets the fat.But: unfortunately losing weight has little to do with it. It depends on whether we fill up our emptied storage from our fat depots or in the bakery.greetings

So that means you actually have no control over how our fat depot is replenished and it's predisposition? 🤔
The other way around: It does not matter what / how we use up our energy. Decisive is only to fill up less than was consumed.The matter of fat burning in sport is only important for the moment, e.g. in competition.Deciding whether to replenish the spent energy - I call it the cache - at 100%, or perhaps only 70% from the outside, decides whether to use our depot fat, e.g. on the hips, or not.
