If you decide to go on a little outdoor adventure in Innsbruck, then you can start right in the middle of the city! Because most of the time it takes only a few steps (or a few minutes long S-Bahn ride) and you are in the fresh forest, at the foot of an impressive mountain range or in a wild roaring gorge. Just about such a little adventure is this approximately 25-kilometer run, which leads you south of the Inn on narrow paths and paths back to the city center. On the way you run almost exclusively on natural soil. Apshalt there are only at the beginning and at the end of the run and on the few passages through the small villages on the way. Götzens is such a place where a short breather offers itself. If you are hungry or thirsty, you can buy a snack here in between. And then you disappear again on a small path into the trail running luck around Innsbruck. It will be particularly impressive shortly before the end of the route, if you walk over the trail through the Sillschlucht. The roaring water of the mountain river is so loud here that you almost do not notice when the city noise recurs and you suddenly spit out in the middle of Innsbruck. Back in the charming Alpine capital, you can end the day in one of the cozy cafés in the old town of Innsbruck. To start the race at the Bahnbhof in Völs, you can get from Innsbruck in a few minutes by S-Bahn. Of course, the track also works the other way around - then you just end up in the train in Völs and you'll be transported back to the city in a few minutes.
