adidas TERREX planned a run.

The Löcknitz is a short tributary of the Spree, just 33 kilometers long, but still the scene of this beautiful trail run. Because a run along the Löcknitz catapults you from the pulsating city life directly into the natural idyll of the nature reserve Löcknitztal, where the small river has kept its natural appearance over many parts free meandering. It only takes a few minutes from Erkner to reach the banks of the Löcknitz. Through beautiful wet meadows, past lakes and the countless loops of the small river, which makes its way here completely free, you walk along small trails and paths along the riverbank. On the way there are the quiet highlights that offer you occasional opportunities for a little breather. Stay for a moment on the bridge and watch the beautiful river landscape for a while. Or use the cozy wooden hut along the way for a little rest. At the end of the route, if you walk a bit further to Hangelsberg on the banks of the Müggelspree, you can relax and unwind with a delicious, home-made ice cream on the small sandy beach of the river. The route is particularly well suited to escape the (traffic) stress from the beginning. For the start of the race you can drive from Berlin in a few minutes with the regional express RE1 of the train. The route ends at a station on the same line, so you can just come back. Alternatively, you can of course park your car at the starting point and let you bring two stations back by train or just walk back.
