The valleys of the Mindel and the Kammel, two tributaries of the Danube, await you on this short section of the DonauTäler cycle path. Enjoy the ride through flowering meadows and fertile fields and take the time to cool off in the lake along the route. If you are not cycling along the banks of a river or the view opens onto an idyllic pond, small wooded areas make for a change that is perfect for cycling. Small but perfectly paved back roads offer excellent conditions and it is simply a pleasure to roll here and let the view wander over the beautiful fields and meadows, which alternate again and again with the shady forest. The track itself is beautiful, but relatively unspectacular. If you plan a few detours, you can still experience a lot. Not far from the bike path is, for example, the Torferlebnispark Bremental (near Jettingen-Scheppach), where you can learn all about the craft of peat cutting and the flora and fauna in the Bremental. On the other hand, the GIEP Waters Information Adventure Trail near Münsterhausen revolves around water. At eleven stations, the nature trail will provide you with exciting knowledge about the waters of the area and will encourage you to think about how to deal with this beautiful habitat.
