4️⃣ stage of the Camino Portugues in Spain 🇪🇸 from Baiona to San Tomé de Freixeiro (Vigo). After a hearty breakfast in the guesthouse, we went off the main road through Baiona and the next small towns through the inland towards Vigo - partly mountainous and through forests 🌳.
Every now and then we had a beautiful view of the sea 🌊 and the island of Cies 🤩.
At a stop in a bar to get the pilgrim's temple there was the typical and delicious liqueur café.
We didn't find the stage as bad as described in the travel guide. The last km to our accommodation led the way through the city along a stream with a park-like character. After the long stage we are happy to put our feet up 😉
