To get from Honfleur to Fécamp, you must cross the impressive Pont de Normandie which spans the mouth of the Seine. This road being dangerous, I suggest that you start your day by taking the number 39 bus line which connects Caen and Le Havre. Four bicycle racks are available per bus. Once in Le Havre, the day's route begins at the train station in the large port city. This time you will follow the Côte d´Albâtre. The city of Étretat is undoubtedly a must-see as it impresses with the height and whiteness of its cliffs. Moreover, many literary authors and painters have largely drawn inspiration from it. Maurice Leblanc, the author of Arsène Lupine in his detective novel "The mystery of the hollow needle" is the perfect illustration of this. This iconic place is the perfect place for a lunch break. The majestic cliffs of Vaucottes located a few kilometers away are also worth a stop for a photo break or a swim.Your destination tonight is Fécamp, a fishing town where there is a very nice auction (you can buy freshly landed seafood). The Benedictine Palace, which pays homage to the famous liqueur of the same name, will be a great way to end your day in style, around an invigorating drink. The architecture is splendid and a contemporary art exhibition is on offer throughout the year. There are many accommodations and restaurants. You will be spoiled for choice.
