We start our round tour through the listed old town of Königsberg in Bavaria and enjoy the great half-timbered houses again, which shine in the morning sunlight quite differently than yesterday evening. We really like the pretty Regiomontanus fountain on the market square. We leave the town through the Unfindertor and walk to Unfind. Unfind is also known for its historic half-timbered houses, which are adorned with many family coats of arms. The wine that climbs up many houses is striking. Unfind is a wine village, next to hedge inns you can taste and buy wine in the inner courtyard of the Black Eagle. The path leads us steeply uphill along vines to Huthäusla, an old stone house above the village. We enjoy the wide view over Lower Franconia to the Rhön. Our next destination is the Urwiese nature reserve, which we reach via the Felsenhohlweg. Heath cloves, ziest, countless grasses, ormennig (royal herb) and countless other plants line the path here.We continue the hike in the direction of the Bramberg castle ruins, the path leads us over forest paths and forest paths that are sometimes very muddy. The Bramberg castle ruins were first mentioned in a document in 1108 and served as a bulwark. We reach the Ursee - this reminds us more of a chocolate fountain than a lake. The water is chocolate brown and we wonder which fish are being fished here. Maybe carp? They love such musty water. Maybe the lake is just so brown because of the heavy rain.Along the Königsberg Castle we reach the city of Königsberg in Bavaria again and let the evening fade away at the motorhome.

@Yvonne: thank you very much! I think the photo was taken quite well.
We are more and more familiar with flora and fauna, but we also look a lot in Google Lens before labeling the photos. Many greetings to the Weser 🦋

@Udo and Ulrike: Yes, it's really great what Germany has for beautiful corners. In Königsberg i. In addition, we happened to be Bavaria - actually we had Hofheim i. Lower Franconia selected ... The unexpected often comes and so instead of one night we even stayed two. 😃
