The first 50 km just no Hm and as few steering movements as possible? Then the Elbe-Lübeck Canal is ideal. When peadaling you get into a kind of meditative background noise. The reeds rustle to the left. The gravel crunches under the tires. And the view of the water is calming anyway. Behind Basedow then turned towards Hamburg and off into the area. In Brunstorf another piece of cake and two non-alcoholic wheat. A nice long day.(I took a lot of photos, but nothing worked without a memory card 🥴)

Did you have headwinds at the end?

Route along the canal to the south with a side wind. Went great. After turning west, I didn't feel much of the wind anymore, it was really hot.

It is really bad luck that the photos ended up in "nirvana".
I had also considered driving along the canal, but in the long run it seemed too monotonous to me.
But the BahnRadWeg cannot be denied a certain meditative effect.
