Experience the green side of Neuss by bike, past the most beautiful sights such as the rose garden of Neuss or the natural monument Groov'sche Loch. The route starts in Neuss at the train station. In Germany, just like in the Netherlands, you can take your bike with you if you buy a ticket for it. If you have any questions when you arrive in Neuss, it is best to first go to the Tourist Information Neuss. Whether you're looking for a city map, a tour or a hotel room - the on-site team provides expert advice and has an answer to almost anything.Fully prepared, the bike ride can finally start, first of all along the most beautiful church in Neuss. If you walk across the church square with your bike, you will probably find a terrace where you can plop down when you return. From the Quirinis-Münster you cycle to the beautiful city gardens of Neuss. The route then takes you a bit out of the city, to the dike from where you look out on the river Rhine, the lifeblood of the city - especially in the Hanseatic period. Along the edge of the city you cycle through a green environment all the way around Neuss. The good cycle path is surrounded by trees, which is very pleasant on a hot summer day. After you have cycled around the Vogelsang district, you will return to the inner city, or in German 'Innenstadt'. Once back at the start, you can finally go to that terrace that you had already chosen earlier today...
