The panorama path keeps what it promises: wide views, historical places and cozy refreshment stops make this bike tour an experience. The railway line that runs parallel to the route makes it possible to shorten the route at will. The picturesque Wasserburg am Inn is the starting point of the Panomara trail. From Munich you can easily reach the city by bus or train. Past colorful baroque facades you cycle westwards and then you pass wide fields, large courtyards and small forests. The path leads steadily slightly uphill to Steinhöring and then to the Seemoosberg. From the hill you whistle down to Grafing, where you can take a break at the picturesque market square. Then you cycle over the hills of the Ice Age terminal moraine landscape, which formed thousands of years ago. You can enjoy wonderful views of the Alps over and over again. After a final ascent in the forest, you cross the small towns of Harthausen, Grasbrunn and Solalinden and then reach the foothills of Munich. Past the Ostbahnhof, it goes on the Ludwigsbrücke over the Isar and finally into the center to Marienplatz, the destination of this tour.
