A particularly beautiful highlight is waiting for you right at the beginning of the tour: the Steinerne Gaßl. From this path you can enjoy fantastic views of the Happurger reservoir, which stretches in front of you in its glacier blue. You pass impressive limestone rocks, which are lined with individual, mystical, gnarled trees. In some places you feel like you are in the Italian Alps. You are currently walking through Hersbrucker Schweiz. So quickly wipe the thought of a gelato out of your head and look forward to Nembercher Broadwärschd after your wonderful hike in the Nürnberger Land. We continue to the hollow rock at 546 meters above sea level. The karst cave is located below the former Celtic fortification called Houbirg. From here you can enjoy incredibly beautiful views of the Nürnberger Land and the Happurg reservoir. We continue to Hochberg bei Mittelburg, a moss-covered rock formation in the middle of the forest. The final, but no less spectacular, views are from the striking Mühlkoppe rock pulpit, which rises 533 meters above the Högenbachtal. From here you also have a great view of the Lichtenberg castle ruins and the surrounding hills. In an up and down it now goes back to the starting point.
