On this tour you will explore some of the officially approved trails of the Trailsurfers Baden-Württemberg (trailsurfers-bw.de) in the Löwenstein mountains. This tour is the most technically demanding tour in this collection and is aimed at gravel bikers who already have trailer experience. Those who don't enjoy rooted trails can ignore the branch to the fish pond trail on the left. The tour then continues as planned at the forest playground. You start at the S-Bahn station in Marbach. After about 13 kilometers you will reach the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park. Shortly afterwards you turn into the first flow trail before continuing with a longer ascent through the Löwenstein mountains. Then follow the highlights of the tour with the fish pond and the Jettenbach trail. Both trails score with tight curves and will put a grin on the face of every single trail fan. You can master both trails easily with the gravel bike, the jumps are all manageable. On the way back, another crisp ascent awaits you at the forest playground in Prevorst, before you continue via Nassach to the Kanapee, a stone sofa in the middle of the forest. After about 55 kilometers, the track leads you over a short steep staircase under a busy road. Alternatively, you can stay up here and wait until the road is car-free. Another ten kilometers and you're back in Marbach.
