Today is the fourth and last stage of the Peace Route, which will bring you back to the starting point in Münster. Although it is the shortest stage of the tour, it has many highlights and beautiful sections to offer you along the way.The short 26 kilometers from Ostbevern to Münster are largely flat, so you can cycle the route really comfortably and take plenty of time to discover small and large things along the way. In addition to an enchanted water lily pond, which invites you to linger, the beautiful Emsauen await you again with a lot of green and nature along the way. On this section you get to know the Ems near Telgte, which you then drive through.Past lush meadows and wide fields, the Friedensroute leads you first over the Werse, which meanders happily through the Münsterland, and finally over the dead straight Dortmund-Ems Canal, which flows through Münster at this point. From there it goes into the city center, where the historic and, above all, beautiful circular route of the Peace Route ends. Before you take the train back home, you can walk in the pretty old town in the footsteps of the peace negotiations and end the day comfortably in Münster.
