On the peace route it goes from Osnabrück via today's stage destination Ostbevern back towards Münster. The first part of the stage goes past the edge of the Teutoburg Forest. Here you master some climbs and are rewarded with unforgettable landscapes and views. Finally you will reach Bad Iburg, where you can take a well-deserved break and visit the castle of the same name. You can also find refreshment stops here to strengthen yourself. With renewed energy, you then cycle relaxed on gently sloping paths to the Heideseen of Bad Laer. The quarry ponds created by sand mining are a real feast for the eyes and invite you to linger and take a short rest on the shore - even if you are not allowed to jump into the water, as they are not approved for swimming. From there you roll on the still slightly sloping cycle path, past the impressive Loburg Castle with its inviting castle park, to the stage destination Ostbevern.
