    On today's Saturday between the holidays, the windy, cool, but still dry weather was used for a bike ride. 🚲 The start and finish of the tour was Halbe train station, which can be reached every hour by train from Berlin. The first kilometers to Köthen were followed by the Hofjagdradweg. While the first

    Wonderful tour and again a great tour description👍👌.

    Some of the bike paths have funny names such as B. the Gurkenradweg😄. Was it used to grow a lot of cucumbers in the fields there?

    Also wish you a happy Easter

    @Gabriele

    Thanks for the Easter greetings 👌The Gurkenradweg runs mostly through the Spreewald. As has been the case for ages, the famous Spreewald gherkins, which are also officially protected as a trademark, are grown there. Hence the name for the bike path. 🥒 🚲 More information at: spreewald.de/urlaub-im-spreewald/radfahren-im-spreewald/radtouren-im-spreewald/gurkenradweg

    @blackcharly. Gladly 😉 I've only seen your tour now. Also very interesting variant. "One can only be jealous of the beautiful weather, especially with regard to the observation tower"

    @Hugo. Yes, the area between the Spree (forest) and Dahme is also one of my personal classics ... 🚲

    Oh yes, I was very lucky with the weather. The photo (6) of the first of the heather lakes had a completely smooth surface .... a minute later the gloss was gone because the wind came up. And the view from the tower was great.
