The Feldalphorn and the Schwaigberghorn are wonderful view summits. No gondola lift and no chairlift lead up to the summit and so the tour is perfect for sporty hikers. On good hiking trails and mountain climbing you walk up to the Feldalphorn. A broad ridge path leads to the second mountain summit and finally back to the valley. For the walk you need in addition to good hiking boots and appropriate clothing, above all, sufficient water and food. Along the secluded trails there is neither alpine hut nor mountain hut.At the valley station of the ski lift in Kelchsau your mountain tour begins. You walk a short distance through the small village and then start with your ascent. Over pastures and through forests, you rise slowly. Soon the landscape becomes lonelier. After you have passed the Trockenbachalm, you follow a hiking trail over open alpine meadows. The path slowly gets steeper and you can already see the fieldalphorn in front of you. At the summit you will be rewarded with a fantastic view. After a short break, continue along the ridge path to the Schwaigberghorn. Here you can take a rest before you start the way back. With fresh energy you follow the trail over alpine meadows and mountain forests downhill. In Kelchsau you finally reach the starting point of your hike.

Wrong info! The drinks from the fountain are only on the Haagalm which is about 1km away. The Haagalm is also open on weekends from June to September.
