It would be a tough one for me to cycle. Spartan

This is something that I've always wanted to attempt - how do you handle rest stops, food refueling, & nature breaks during lockdown? That's about the only thing holding us back from trying this!

I had 90% of all the food and water with me and just did one stop at a little shop. And all the parks and green space on the way are perfect for socially distanced breaks, and many of them have public toilets too.

I can also recommend “The Capital Ring” book by Colin Saunders , it has many interesting facts and stories about all the places and also describes where loos are and so on.
