Stolen an hour from the boss and off to the woods.
Enjoy another 2 hours after work.
    It works again now.
And anyway with the summer temperatures ...
I tested the southern part of the Mackenröder Trails up to the Harz view tower.
There are still a lot of swamp spots, but you don't get stuck. So doable.
However, the ruts are VERY deep in places.
Concentrated driving is therefore still advisable.
The steep slope on the Mackenröder Trail is particularly impressive. Now that the trees have no leaves, you can see them along their entire length.

    Thanks Thomas. 🙏
It is also quite difficult to document the steep drop with a photo. I've tried it so often at this point. ...

not into the abyss please! 😉 Now the time for bikers begins! 👌🏻🚵🏼‍♀️
... there are several of these karst phenomena?
Are your towers still closed because of C.? Greetings WolfG

    @Christoph

    @ WolfG * Freiburg:
When it comes to the abyss, you actually have to be careful in several places. The trail leads right along the edge. 😲
There are many karst phenomena in the area.
The abyss in question is one of them. 🙂
And the towers have been closed since last summer. Yes, probably because of the C🦠. But you write something else on the signs 🤪.

Have I ever written that I envy you a bit for this stretch of the house? :-)Nice tour and thanks for the description of the condition. Where did all the snow and meltwater go so quickly? The farm roads in the Leinetal that have just been softened are already hard as concrete in parts.

    Thanks Olo!And thank you, Stiegsfeld!
That the meltwater was only moderate on the leash really amazed me on Sunday, to be honest.
In a few places in the forest you can see that some of the meltwater has flowed down the slopes and roads in torrents.
In the Hollandsgrund and in the area of the Omborn desert, the drainage channels were noisy, larger streams. I don't know that there ...
