Today we went from Neustadt through the science park to the Mechtenberg. On the way back we left the Rheinelbe dump and the route to everyone else and ran parallel, which was much more relaxed. Last but not least, it went through the vibrant Ückendorf district. Many small, exciting shops and a great pump room are waiting for the end of the lockdown, as are the small galleries to the left and right of Ückendorfer Straße.

I enjoy it when I see that so-called detached parts of the city are being revitalized again through exciting projects.

As the saying goes: "It wasn't all bad either ..."
When I was a student, I lived in the old town and witnessed the decay of the city center live and in color.
But I'm also happy about initiatives that get such parts of the city going again (would also be good for a certain sports club ...) 👍😉😻
