    This nearly 40-kilometer long circuit northeast of Bad Orb has a lot of nice ups and downs to offer and is technically a bit more demanding, as time and again a nice trail loosens the gravel and forest trails. This time the tour starts without "Vorgeplänkel" on the Orb directly on the Münsterberg, which offers you for the first time a great view of the Kinzig Valley.On the drive through the idyllic Hirschbachtal past the Hirschborn Ponds, you have time to breathe again before the thickest lump of the tour awaits you: over a historic trade route, the "donkey trail" pushes you up to Alsberg - we must mention that the view from up here is the madness? There is not much in the smallest but highest situated district of Bad Soden - after all, a restaurant could serve as a refreshment, while you probably can not do much with the golf course up here. For the cream cover in terms of view, we have built the Seidenröther waiting in the round - from this vantage point you can look particularly far into the beautiful Spessart.The return journey will be fun - after all, you have collected a few meters of "swing". The highlight is the "Canyon", a beautiful trail that leads down to Bad Soden. Once again over the Münsterberg and you're back in Bad Orb.
