From the Kleinaspergle, a Celtic burial mound, you can see Hohenasperg, the notorious Württemberg prison mountain. The most famous prisoner there was the poet and journalist Christian Daniel Schubart, who (from 1777) was innocently arrested for 10 years.Following the brook, you now hike in the Leudelsbachtal nature reserve. Orchards and fields border the idyllic valley. The turning point is just before Markgröningen. On a promising ridge with orchards, gardens and later vineyards you hike back towards the Hohenasperg. The Hoheasperg is a nice way to end the tour. With a great view of the wide open country and refreshments in the Schubart-Stube.February 2021, lisa-unterwegs.de/keltengrab-am-kleinaspergle-leudelsbachtal-hohenasperg
