Today was such a day when I especially love my couch ... but think, de Ines had a plan of 10km ... well, of course, the weather was ideal, Kati was slightly motivated ... so we went on the beautiful Bilzrundweg ... and like in the summer of this year we got lost and lost our way ... the signs were a bit poor, so unfortunately it hadn't changed yet ... but as we knew the area roughly, that wasn't a problem, we So we went our own lap ... 3x uphill and downhill, even then we knew what made lung patients gasp ... but you know what doesn't kill us, makes us strong ... and so we climbed every height with who lay in front of us ... with deep and calm breaths ... because we were walking along a nature trail 😘
