This varied winter hike impresses with its snow-covered forests, rustic mountain restaurants and magnificent views. From the valley station of the Maschgenkamm gondola in Tannenboden, you walk past the children's area and cross the ski slope. Watch out for approaching winter sports enthusiasts. After the piste, the wide hiking trail runs steadily uphill and under the modern Floomzer toboggan run.You will then come to a wintry forest area where you can discover many traces of forest dwellers in the snow. The further you hike up the snow-covered slope, the more impressive the view of the Churfirsten and Walensee becomes. The cozy Chrüz mountain restaurant is the perfect place for a break. From the terrace you can see a wonderful winter landscape.The winter hiking trail runs past the valley station of the Stelli chairlift and is followed by a short, steep ascent. Then it goes comfortably and with great views along the edge of the forest to Prodalp. There is a modern restaurant there where you can stop off. To get back to the starting point, you can either take the lift or the so-called sledge to Tannenheim. From there, the PostBus goes free to Tannenboden.
