Obermain•Jura planned a hike.

The circular route to the Graitzer Spitzberg opens up the quiet, contemplative side of the Gottesgarten north of the Main. Narrow paths meander through meadows and forests, past idyllic brook and lake landscapes. Again and again you will be surprised with wonderful views over the Upper Main Valley. It starts in Marktzeuln with its beautiful half-timbered houses. After you have crossed the Rodachbrücke and left the place behind you, the path initially leads almost flat through the forest. Now the climb follows. You conquer a good two and a half kilometers and 90 meters in altitude until you have reached the Graitzer Spitzberg. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a great view over the Obermaintal and a covered seating area invites you to have a picnic. Incidentally, a stop at the chapel is worthwhile en route. A place to breathe and rest, enjoy and reflect, and a great photo opportunity in every season. From the Graitzer Spitzberg the descent follows back to Marktzeuln.
