On the second stage another beautiful route with one or the other climb and a lot of forest awaits you. It is 28 kilometers to get you from Dettenhausen to Rottenburg am Neckar today. From Dettenhausen it goes straight into the nature park Schönbuch. After a first short climb you can let yourself roll on a long descent through the idyllic deciduous forest. At the lowest point you come to a fork in the road. Here you can think about whether you want to make a little detour to the beautiful Tübingen, which is just a stone's throw away on the Neckar, or whether the tour for you without detours continues through the forest to Bebenhausen. Here you can stop over and visit the magnificent monastery and castle. From Bebenhausen you can pedal harder again and master another ascent. On top of the highest point you can enjoy the view of the Ammertal valley and even have a good view of the Black Forest. In a rapid descent, it goes back down into the valley and out of the woods. On a relatively flat stretch you then cycle through wide fields to the final destination Rottenburg.
