A bike trip to Provence without climbing the Mont Ventoux is not a bike trip to Provence. As part of our Rilassato journey, this day is the highlight. This mythical mountain accompanies us the whole week, again and again we are in his shadow on the way, even around the day before and then, to follow the dramaturgiebogen, the giant of Provence must of course be climbed.
Let's start from Malaucene, over the Col de la Madeleine to Bedoin, the starting point of this classic driveway. Then we crank at first through vineyards, before we get to feel the clearly rising slope in the forest. But here you can find your rhythm, find your own pace, with which one rang this classic of cycling. Then at some point Chalet Reynard is reached and you can crank up in this characteristic rubble desert. Here, the slope decreases noticeably, but on the one hand we already have more than 1000 vertical meters in the legs, on the other hand, the wind is often not your friend here. Fortunately, we do not have to deal with the heavenly child on this day. Once at the top, we can enjoy the triumph and strengthen ourselves a little. Then we drive down to Malaucene, which is very fluid. The bends barely make it, it's not too steep, so you do not have to overstress the brakes. Once at the bottom, we like to return and treat ourselves to the earned ice cream.

Thank you .. I am in good hope and at the moment I am taking care of the onion principle and I also have warm thoughts - but your photos ah, they are already appealing to me. Maybe we'll get together too - I've already saved you in any case.

That almost annoys me the most, onion ... onion out ... onion on ... onion out.
Would be glad if it fits. The main thing is that the tours make someone anticipation or then "real" joy on the bike.
We will try throughout the year to report on our travels and provide tours that you can follow on your own.
