This old branch of the Maas forms the connection with the Bergsche Maas.Close to the final destination Aalst there are not many facilities to spend the night. So plan your route carefully. If you have a tent with you, it is somewhat easy to find a place to sleep. The castle campsite Nederhemert is recommended.
