The circular hike leads into the vineyards near Zeltingen-Rachtig. A special highlight is the variety garden, where native, Mediterranean and exotic shrubs and trees have been planted on a former vineyard area to test whether they can adapt to the given climate.You start at the Zeltingen-Rachtig fire station, which is perfect as an orientation and starting point for this hike. Behind the guard, a small path leads up the slope into the "Kingdom of Heaven". Surrounded by colorful vines, you continue to walk relaxed towards the Hochmosel Bridge. After you have wandered under the impressive building with a height of 160 meters, keep to the right and come to an inviting rest bench.Your feet rested for a moment and then you continue hiking through the vineyards to the St. Stephanusbrunnen. There you can refresh yourself and then dive into the forest. Soon afterwards you pass the Schlossberg vineyard and then slowly descend through the variety garden back down towards the valley. In the cultivar garden, 50 different types of fruit and berries from all over the world grow on a sunny steep slope. With a view of the St. Stephanus church, you follow the path back to the starting point in Zeltingen-Rachtig.
